At City Diesel LLC Knoxville, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for returning products.




**1. General Return Conditions**




* **Eligibility Window:** You may return most new, unused, and undamaged items purchased directly from City Diesel LLCknoxville.com within **30 days** of the original purchase date.


* **Proof of Purchase:** All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase.


* **Condition of Item:** Items must be returned in their original, uninstalled, and resaleable condition, including all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any included promotional items. Items that show signs of installation, use, damage, or missing components will not be accepted for return.


* **Restocking Fee:** A restocking fee of **15%** may apply to certain returns, especially for correctly supplied items that are no longer needed, incorrectly ordered by the customer, or special order items. This fee helps cover processing and handling costs.


* **Shipping Costs:** Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on the part of City Diesel LLC Knoxville (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).




**2. Non-Returnable Items**

**3. Return Process**




To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2.  **Receive RMA Number:** Once your return request is approved, you will receive an RMA number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s). **No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.**


3.  **Package Your Item(s):** Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation inside the package. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box.


4.  **Ship Your Return:** Ship the item(s) to the address provided with your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as City Diesel LLC Knoxville is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.




**4. Refunds**




* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


* If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within **7-10 business days**, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.


* **Partial Refunds:** In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.




**5. Exchanges**




If you need to exchange an item for a different one (e.g., different size or model), please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing of your replacement.




**6. Defective or Incorrect Items**




If you receive a defective product or an item that is different from what you ordered:




1.  **Contact us immediately** (within 48 hours of delivery) with your order number and a description of the issue, including photos if possible.


2.  We will assess the situation and provide instructions for return or replacement at no additional cost to you. We may arrange for a pre-paid return label.


3.  Do *not* attempt to install or use a defective or incorrect item.




**7. Damaged Shipments**




If your order arrives visibly damaged during shipping:




1.  **Do not accept the package** if the damage is severe.


2.  If you accept the package, **note the damage with the delivery driver** if possible.


3.  **Contact us immediately** (within 24 hours of delivery) with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.


4.  Retain all original packaging materials. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
