Great service – we were traveling in our diesel truck pulling our fifth wheel from Michigan to Florida to celebrate our granddaughter’s 30th birthday. Then our diesel engine lost it’s power – we were barely making it over the Tennessee mountains. We found a RV park in Knoxville to spend the night and then to find someone in the morning to service our truck. The manager at the Volunteer Family Campground highly recommended City Diesel. I was at City Diesel first thing in the morning. They had a very busy schedule but said they would at least try to find our problem. They not only found the problem but fixed it and we were on the highway by noon. I truly appreciated the time they spent with me to help me avoid the problem in the future and gave me several helpful suggestions to improve the performance of the engineer. We made it to Florida in time for the birthday celebration.
